PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE A HYIP NEWBIE
Hi Fellow HYIP Investors,
It might come to ur notice that this section is dedicated to hyips where high yield returns are promoted by some programmes. For some asking, how can these "programmes" offer such stupendous returns?
Well, these programmes are actually Ponzi schemes. Ponzi was actually the last name of the person who founded one of the first and largest pyramid schemes in history . The "ponzi" program is in essentially a "pyramid scheme".
For instance, X Programme offers to pay you 50% per week on your equity.
10 people the first week deposit XX dollars. Program pays those ppl 50% for their first week, usually from their own purse. 10 more ppl deposit some dollars the next week. A percentage of that money is used to pay the people in week 1 their 50% 10 more ppl deposit some more dollars on week 3, that money pays the 50% on equity for the people who deposited money on week 1 and 2 Week 4, 10 more ppl deposit,..and so on it goes..
The pyramid schemes' drawback is that once there are no more current ''investors'' to deposit funds, there is no money to pay people from weeks 3, 4,and so on
At that point, the programme flops. Which means the website, contact, admin disappears. Now you might say to yourself "Self, there's got to be a way to stop them from disappearing with my money?" So those hyip newbies seeking fame and fortune and a new Porche, go get a cup of coffee and come back to reality.
Now, are you pretty well scared to try any of these so called "programs"? If you are, GREAT. You will save much more $$$ by never "investing" a dime into these "programs" and put them into traditional investment engines. Yea, it's alot lower % return, but at least you don't have to worry about Edward Jones or Myrll Lynch not being there all of a sudden one Monday morning.
What, your still here?
Ok, so you must be thinking "Self, surely there is a way to find an opportunity in all of this chaos?" Well yes, there is! BUT, <---- ( I said BUT), it's going to come at a price.
My first reccommendation is to look into Foreign Exchange currency trading. Why you may ask? Let me explain.
1. You are in complete control of your money. No one else ever has control of your money. (unless you do managed accounts, but will get to that later)
2. It CAN <----(I said CAN) provide some of the rate of return that initially had you snooping around in these neck of the woods to start with.
3. It's legitimate. Nothing illegal about currency trading. I.E. You can rest assured that your friendly goverment tax bitch isn't going to show up at your door wondering how you made 10,000 in a few days.
4. It's long term (for as long as you want to make it)
5. YOU decide how much risk your willing to take. Your not giving your money to some joker and wondering how much risk HE'S taking.
You want sky high returns? Goto FOREX! (BTW, depending on your patience, learning level, and time, it will take you roughly about a year before your ready to goto a real money trading account. ) Good Luck!!
What??
Why you still here?
Ohh, you don't wanna learn FOREX or don't have time, you've still got money to burn, and are still trying to wrap your head around the whole "ponzi" scheme?
Ok, I saved this for last, cuz I was hoping you'd be gone by now! But Hey, it's your money.
The "Ponzi Player". This is a person who accepts that 100% of the HYIP programs are "ponzi"s and are being run by crooks. But, he uses that to his advantage. The "trick" to this is to scour HYIP "monitors". These are websites dedicated to "tracking" (yea right) the "paying/not paying" status of HYIP's. When you come across a monitor of your liking, you find a relatively fresh HYIP (less then 7 days old, preferably one in it's infancy, 1 - 3 days old). Then Mr/Mrs Ponzi Player throws in some measly amount, around 10 - 200 $$. (Any more then that is likely to make a ponzi do a runner faster) Then they find more infant/baby hyips, anywhere from 10 - 20 programs and do the same. (10 bucks here, 50 bucks there, etc etc)
Then they play the "odds" that the HYIP won't fold before they get their first payout. (Kinda reminds you of something ppl do in Vegas huh?) Then, based on the popularity, % of return, and so forth, they TAKE OUT THIER PRINCIPLE (hint hint nudge nudge) and "re-invest" the "profit" and let it ride for a few more "cycles". Usually the Ponzi player considers a ponzi 30 days old or older to be on it's last legs, so plan accordingly. It is very possible, using this method to make extreme amounts of return on your money without taking AS MUCH "risk". But just so you know, there is nothing from stopping a ponzi from folding up and bailing 3 days after it's birth.
Also NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER!!!!! get into a ponzi around specific holidays. Right now, with it so close to X-mas, most Ponzi Players are sitting everything out till after the new year, and if you insist on going this route, YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME.
That's all I got, it's just a condensed version of what you will read in these threads, but hopefully it's enuff to send you running and screaming back to your real life broker with your hard earned cash! Just remember, a bank acount only gives you a 3% interest on your principle in a year, but in a year, your money will still be there!
Whatever you decide to do,use due diligence! |
